Main Ingredients 400g pork belly with skin
Supporting Ingredients 150g dried potatoes from southern Shaanxi 25g ground chili powder 25g fermented black beans
Seasonings 3g chicken bouillon powder 12g steamed fish soy sauce 15g seafood sauce 8g soy sauce 5g scallion oil 3g salt 15g premium broth concentrate
Cooking Steps
1. Blanch pork belly to remove hair, rinse clean, and cut into 3cm cubes. Soak dried potatoes in water until softened; set aside.
2. Briefly parboil pork cubes in warm water until firm, then drain thoroughly. Combine with auxiliary ingredients and seasonings. Layer dried beans over the seasoned pork base, cover evenly, and steam for 3 hours before serving.
