Quick-Cooked Kelp Heads

- Ingredients -
Kelp heads, snow peas
Bird's eye chili peppers, Golden Lan soy sauce
Aged vinegar, salt, Wei Chuan Premium Seasoning
-Method-
1. Rinse kelp heads thoroughly, soak overnight, slice into diamond shapes, then steam or boil until tender.
2. Slice snow peas into diamond shapes and blanch; thinly slice chili peppers into wedges.
3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add seasonings, and toss to coat evenly.
