Stir-Fried Smoked Tofu
- Ingredients -
150g smoked tofu
30g green chili peppers
20g red chili peppers
10g ginger
5g Golden Orchid soy sauce
Salt to taste
Weichuan Premium Seasoning
Cornstarch slurry as needed
-Method-
1. Rinse smoked tofu, shred into strips, and set aside on a plate.
2. Remove seeds from green and red chili peppers, shred both. Shred ginger.
3. Add water to a pot, add tofu strips, and a pinch of salt. Blanch for 2 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
4. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry ginger until fragrant.
5. Add green and red pepper strips, stir-fry briefly. Add drained tofu strips, season with salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry until well combined.
6. Add Wei Chuan High-Flavor seasoning. Thicken with cornstarch slurry, stir-fry until evenly coated. Plate and serve.
