Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables

- Ingredients -
Broccoli Cauliflower
Carrot Red bell pepper
Snow peas Napa cabbage
Salt Vegetable seasoning powder
Cornstarch slurry Vegetable oil
- Method -
1. Wash all vegetables. Slice red bell pepper and carrot.
2. Cut Chinese cabbage into sections; shell and wash snow peas.
3. Bring water to a boil. Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 30 seconds until just tender-crisp.
4. Heat a small amount of oil in a wok. Add carrots and stir-fry for about 1 minute until softened and slightly translucent.
5. Add snow peas and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until they change color.
6. Add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until tender.
7. Add red bell pepper and toss to combine.
8. Add both types of blanched cauliflower.
9. Season with salt and vegetable seasoning powder to taste. Pour in water starch mixture and stir-fry until well combined.
