Avocado Oil

Steps
1. Combine rice dumpling flour with water and knead into a dough;

2. Combine chopped scallions with avocado oil and one tablespoon of rice dumpling flour. Microwave for one minute to make a flaky pastry.

3. Roll the dough into a square as much as possible, spread the shortening over it, fold it, then flatten it into a pancake.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil over low heat. Add the pancake and fry until both sides are golden brown.
