Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts
- Ingredients -
300g bean sprouts
Ginger, red chili pepper
Oil, light soy sauce, salt to taste
-Method-
1. Sort through the soybean sprouts and rinse thoroughly.
2. Slice the red chili pepper into strips and mince the ginger.
3. Heat oil in a wok, then stir-fry the minced ginger until fragrant.
4. Add the soybean sprouts and red chili pepper strips, stir-frying over high heat.
5. Season with a pinch of salt and light soy sauce to taste.
