Stir-Fried Sea Bamboo Shoots with Vegetarian Meat Cubes

- Ingredients -

30g sea bamboo shoots

20g vegetarian meat cubes

1 tbsp cornstarch

Chili peppers to taste

Salt, 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce

- Method -

1. Soak sea bamboo shoots in water until softened.

2. Blanch in boiling water, then drain and set aside.

3. Soak the vegetarian meat cubes in water until softened, then squeeze out excess moisture.

4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cornstarch evenly over the vegetarian meat cubes. Gently toss to coat all pieces.

5. Fry in oil until the surface turns slightly golden, then remove.

6. Cut the blanched sea bamboo shoots into small segments. Slice the chili peppers into segments of similar size.

7. Heat a moderate amount of oil in a wok. Stir-fry the chili peppers until fragrant, then add the sea bamboo shoot segments and stir-fry briefly.

8. Add the diced vegetarian meat and stir-fry quickly to combine.

9. Add 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce and salt to taste. Stir-fry until well mixed, then serve.
