Vegetarian Chinese Stir-Fried Glass Noodles

Stir-Fried Glass Noodles with Vegetables

- Ingredients -

Glass noodles, dried shiitake mushrooms

Carrot, green bell pepper

Cabbage, light soy sauce

Salt, black pepper

Weichuan Premium Seasoning Powder


- Method -

1. Shred cabbage, green bell pepper, and carrot. Thinly slice dried shiitake mushrooms.

2. Soak glass noodles in cold water for 20 minutes, then cut into small sections. Drain and set aside.

3. Heat a wok with a small amount of oil. Add all vegetables and stir-fry until softened. Add 6 ml light soy sauce and stir-fry briefly before removing from heat.

4. Add a small amount of oil to the wok and heat. Add glass noodles. Stir-fry over high heat. When the noodles clump together, add a small amount of water and break them apart with a spatula. Repeat this process several times until most of the water is absorbed.

5. Add the stir-fried vegetables back into the wok. Pour in 6 ml of light soy sauce, stir-fry briefly, then add salt and continue stir-frying.

6. Before serving, season with an appropriate amount of Wei Chuan Premium Seasoning and black pepper for an even better flavor!
